ABOUT BONNIE BREECE:

A LITTLE ABOUT ME: I studied marketing, communications, art, and design because I believe that is the best way I can make a positive contribution with my creativity. I studied business because I also enjoy strategy, logic, research, economics, critical thinking, and making money.

I am a social extrovert which means while I enjoy public speaking, teaching, and networking, I also require a lot of quiet time, preferably outside in nature to think, reflect, and reset. I have traveled to every continent by myself and have spent significant time in Scotland, London, Thailand, Sydney, Munich, and on Bali. I share this because I believe it illustrates my ability to listen carefully, adapt quickly, plan ahead for the expected and unexpected, tap into courage, and has given me an expansive perspective of the world, its many industries, and different cultures.

I am a logistics geek who enjoys problem solving and uncovering solutions that benefit everyone involved. As a child I was a Girl Scout and in 4-H, both have taught me the importance of contributing to our community and striving to leave the world a little better off than we found it. I still believe we can do this, and make a living at the same time.

The projects I enjoy the most are ones that give me the opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals and organizations who want to work together on projects that make a positive impact on our world. Being an idealistic realist, I believe by doing things differently we can create pioneering markets, generate new revenue streams, while ideally supporting conservation, promoting education, and helping to create a healthier, sustainable global economy. I deeply believe you don’t have to be everything to everyone to be successful, you just need to find the right people to work with.

HOW I WORK: I currently split my time between Washington State and Southern California. I believe it is important to attend in-person meetings and events and I am willing to be onsite whenever and wherever necessary.  I am grateful for ZOOM for day-to-day meetings, and I prefer the quiet of my home office to get the lion’s share of my work done.
